There has been a steady growth over the last decade in the sales of Kay Jay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. and Sheet Components Pvt. Ltd. The annual growth rate in sales for both the companies has been more than 30% which is way beyond the industry levels. This is possible only due to strict quality controls, dedication, sincerity and a sound management.
Both Kay Jay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. and Sheet Components Pvt. Ltd. achieved QS-9000 from ICL in 2001 and Sheet Components Pvt. Ltd. has been able to get ISO 14001 in the year 2000. The employees strength has been from 350 in the year 1995-96 to more than 1000 in the year 2002. In a short span of seven years, sales of Sheet Components (P) Ltd. Increased by almost ten times and sales of Kay Jay Forgings (P) Ltd. By almost 6 times.
