GOPAL KRISHAN KOTHARI

Chairman and Managing Director

Gopal Krishan Kothari is one of the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Rajasthan. He has been associated with the company on the board since 1988. He has more than 37 Years of Experience in the manufacturing sector. His deep industry expertise and strategic leadership have played a key role in driving the Company’s sustained growth and strengthening its presence in competitive markets.

AMIT KOTHARI

Executive Director

Amit Kothari is the Promoter and an Executive Director of our company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi and postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from University of Wales, Cardiff. He has been associated with the company on the board since 1996. He has more than 29 Years of Experience in the manufacturing sector. His expertise and strategic guidance have been pivotal in optimizing operations and advancing overall organizational excellence.

NAVEEN BEHL

Whole-time Director

Naveen Behl is the Whole-Time Director of our company. He holds bachelor’s degree in law from University of Lucknow. He has been associated with the company since 1987 and on the board since 2003. He has more than 35 Years of Experience in the forging and manufacturing sector. He remains a key contributor to the Company’s long-term strategic growth and pursuit of operational excellence.

PANKAJ PERIWAL

Independent Director

Pankaj Periwal is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from S.D. Government College, Ludhiana. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the Managing Partner at Ludhiana branch of the M/s S.S Periwal & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has vast experience and expertise of almost 27 years in core fields of Audit & Tax consultancy. He was the Chairman of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018 and Chairman of Ludhiana Branch of ICAI in 2011.

MOHINA

Independent Director

Mohina is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has over 19 years of experience in the finance, Internal Audits, Tax Advisory and Governance sector. She is serving as a full time Practicing Chartered Accountant since August 07, 2006.

JATENDER KUMAR MEHTA

Independent Director

Jatender Kumar Mehta is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a diploma in advanced instructions in production engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh He has been the promoting founder and mentor of Omax Autos Limited since its inception. He has more than 40 Years of Experience in the automobile and their components industry.
