• Successful merger with Sheet Components Private Limited.

• Commencement of operations at C-20, Focal Point (Unit-IV).

2012

• Commenced the supply of Crankshaft Assemblies to TVS Motor Company (TVSM).

2014

• Began exporting steering yokes to China as part of global expansion.

• Started supplying Lower Bracket Assemblies.

2018

• Upgraded Quality Management System to IATF 16949:2016 standard.

• Commenced operations at Unit-VI, Hosur, Tamil Nadu.

• Supply of Star Family crankshafts commenced.

2020

• Successful merger with Canon Forgings & Allied Industries Private Limited.

2021

• Marked a record high of 0.2 million units in Crankshaft Assembly sales and production.

• Expanded into the 2W E-Vehicle market with development underway for supplying Lower Bracket Assemblies to M/s Ampere Vehicles Private Limited.

• Started operations in the 3W Crankshaft Assembly market.

• Achieved a TVSM Customer QSR score of 7.61.

2022

• Surpassed 0.23 million units in Crankshaft Assembly sales and production.

• Began production of crankshaft assemblies at the Ludhiana unit.

• Commenced supply of crankshafts to Samsung.

2023

• Began supplying Side Door Hinge Assemblies to M/s Mahindra & Mahindra.

• Revenue from operations crossed ₹5,000 million.

2024

• Operations commenced at Unit-VII, locations C-256 and C-257, Focal Point.

• Started supply of mining and agriculture parts to M/s Betek (Simon Group).

2025

• Operations revenue crossed the ₹7,500 million mark.

• Welcomed M/s Origen Energy Solutions LLC as a valued customer.

• Achieved QMS upgrade in compliance with IATF 16949:2016
